Analisis Integratif Design Thinking dan Artificial Intelligence dalam Mendorong Inovasi UMKM di Indonesia

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh integratif antara pendekatan Design Thinking dan Artificial Intelligence dalam mendorong inovasi pada sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan melalui survei terhadap 372 pelaku UMKM di empat kota besar—Jakarta, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, dan Medan—dengan instrumen kuesioner berbasis skala Likert. Model regresi linear berganda diterapkan untuk menguji pengaruh parsial dan simultan dari kedua variabel independent (Design Thinking dan Artificial Intelligence) terhadap inovasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Design Thinking 0,364 dan Artificial Intelligence 0,413 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi UMKM. Nilai koefisien determinasi 0,534 mengindikasikan bahwa 53,4% variasi inovasi dapat dijelaskan oleh kontribusi simultan dari kedua pendekatan tersebut. Temuan tersebut memperkuat argumentasi bahwa integrasi kerangka kerja kreatif berbasis empati (Design Thinking) dengan teknologi berbasis data (Artificial Intelligence) mampu meningkatkan kapasitas inovatif UMKM secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian memberikan kontribusi konseptual terhadap literatur inovasi digital, serta menawarkan implikasi praktis bagi penguatan strategi transformasi digital UMKM. Disarankan agar pelaku UMKM mulai menerapkan pendekatan inovatif yang terstruktur dan mengadopsi teknologi AI secara bertahap dalam aspek bisnis seperti pemasaran, pelayanan pelanggan, dan manajemen operasional. Bagi pemerintah dan pemangku kebijakan, mendukung urgensi penyusunan program pelatihan terpadu yang menggabungkan pendekatan desain inovatif dan literasi digital secara sistematis.
