Perancangan Sistem Deteksi Penyakit Osteoartritis Genu Berdasarkan Emisi Akustik Berbasis Labview

Abstract
Osteoartritis genu adalah salah satu gangguan muskuloskeletal yang sering terjadi, dan diagnosis klinisnya umumnya dilakukan melalui pencitraan seperti sinar-X, ultrasound, CT, MRI, dan artroskopi. Namun, metode ini memiliki keterbatasan berupa prosedur yang kompleks, biaya tinggi, serta risiko paparan radiasi. Penelitian ini mengembangkan teknologi non-invasif berbasis Acoustic Emission (AE) untuk memantau kondisi kesehatan sendi lutut dengan dukungan aplikasi Labview. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan alat yang dirancang untuk mendeteksi sinyal AE pada lutut dalam kondisi normal, cedera, dan osteoartritis genu (OA Genu). Data dikumpulkan melalui pengukuran amplitudo sinyal AE dan dianalisis berdasarkan jumlah hit AE, amplitudo maksimum, dan Percentage Incidence (PI) selama gerakan ekstensi-fleksi lutut. Hasil menunjukkan amplitudo sinyal AE di atas 36 dB (63 µV) dengan jumlah hit masing-masing 7, 58, dan 157 untuk kondisi normal, cedera, dan OA Genu. Rata-rata amplitudo maksimum dan PI adalah 27 µV (1,4%), 154 µV (11,6%), dan 129 µV (31,4%). Distribusi kejadian AE terkonsentrasi pada rentang sudut 0°–30° (40,54%), 30°–60° (34,68%), dan 60°–90° (24,77%). Tingginya jumlah hit AE dan amplitudo pada OA Genu menunjukkan bahwa metode AE efektif dalam mengidentifikasi kerusakan pada sendi lutut. Temuan ini menunjukkan potensi teknologi AE sebagai alternatif diagnostik non-invasif untuk memantau kesehatan sendi lutut, khususnya pada kasus osteoartritis genu. Alat ini menawarkan metode yang efisien, aman, dan ekonomis, serta memberikan kontribusi signifikan pada pengembangan teknologi non-invasif dalam bidang kesehatan sendi.
