Penerapan Etika Pancasila dalam Pengembangan Kecerdasan Buatan yang Bertanggung Jawab di Indonesia

Abstract
Tantangan dalam mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip etika berbasis Pancasila ke dalam pengembangan Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) di Indonesia menjadi fokus utama kajian ini. Masalah yang diangkat adalah kebutuhan akan kerangka kerja etika yang mampu menyeimbangkan standar global AI dengan nilai-nilai lokal yang berakar pada Pancasila, terutama dalam konteks sosial-budaya Indonesia yang beragam. Kajian ini bertujuan mengembangkan kerangka kerja etika AI yang didasarkan pada tiga pilar utama nilai Pancasila: keadilan sosial, keberagaman, dan akuntabilitas moral. Pilar-pilar ini dianggap krusial untuk memastikan bahwa pengembangan AI di Indonesia berlangsung secara inklusif, menghormati keberagaman budaya, serta menegakkan transparansi dan tanggung jawab moral. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur sistematis, di mana berbagai sumber nasional dan internasional terkait etika AI, Pancasila, dan regulasi AI dianalisis. Artikel dari basis data akademik terkemuka dikaji untuk memperoleh wawasan mendalam. Literatur yang dipilih dianalisis secara kritis guna membangun kerangka kerja konseptual yang mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip Pancasila dalam pengembangan dan kebijakan AI di Indonesia. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip keadilan sosial dalam AI memungkinkan teknologi ini dikembangkan tanpa memperparah ketidaksetaraan sosial. Pilar keberagaman menekankan pentingnya menghormati dan mencerminkan keanekaragaman budaya Indonesia dalam desain dan implementasi AI. Akhirnya, akuntabilitas moral menjamin bahwa pengembangan AI dilakukan dengan mekanisme akuntabilitas yang jelas, terutama dalam hal privasi dan transparansi data. Temuan ini memberikan landasan yang kuat untuk pengembangan AI yang bertanggung jawab di Indonesia dengan mengedepankan prinsip-prinsip etika lokal sesuai nilai-nilai Pancasila.
